| HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS |
• Suites are provided for MDS students at a special rate of $92.00*
per night plus tax (single) at the Homewood Suites by
Hilton-Albuquerque Uptown. The address is 7101 Arvada Avenue NE,
Albuquerque, New Mexico 87110. This is a king bed suite. Lodging
additional travelers in the same room will increase by $10.00 per
night. A buffet breakfast is available every morning, and on Monday
thru Thursday evenings there is a Manager’s Dinner Reception available
to all guests. You will need to contact the Homewood Suites telephone:

To receive the special rate, you must identify yourself when making
your reservation (not at check-in) as an attendee of MDS. Reservations
must be made at least 16 days prior to the class starting date.
Please note: students are responsible for making hotel reservations.
• Companies wanting to set up direct billing with the Homewood Suites need to fill out a direct billing application. |

| COURSE LOCATION |
| Courses will be held at the Murchison Training Center, 2501 Juan Tabo Blvd. N.E., Albuquerque, NM 87112. |
|
| TRANSPORTATION |
|
• Students will be responsible for their own transportation.
• The Homewood Suites has shuttle service available from to and from the Murchison Training Center. Arrangements can be made at the front desk. |
|
| DAILY SCHEDULE |
|
• Classes will begin at 7:00 A.M.
• Daily dismissal varies due to simulator schedules. Students will be dismissed by noon on the final Friday of the course. |

| NOTES |
The IWCF requires IWCF testing centers to order the IWCF tests ten days prior to the exam date. Therefore, MDS requires all course participants to enroll at least ten days prior to the last day of the class. Participants must indicate at the time of enrollment the following information: Level of Certification (Supervisor or Driller), Type of Certification (Surface or Combined Surface/Subsea), Units of Measurement (English, Metric), and Language for written test.
All candidates must bring their Passport and present to Assessor and Invigilator before tests are administered. (U.S. citizens who do not have a passport may present their drivers license.) |

| IN-HOUSE TRAINING |
IWCF training is available however, there are several requirements by the IWCF that will need to be made before training can be arranged.
